Hi guys first off thank you for having me on the forum.

I just started my pct on my first cycle. Friday will be the end of week 1 and I actually am feeling great. Still making awesome gains.

It was test only at 375mg a week.

How long after my pct should I wait to start my second cycle?

I am getting blood work tomorrow I will post the results when I get them.

Thanks

Time on cycle + Time off (PCT) is usually how long you need completely off anything until starting up again. I think that's the standard approach, some follow some don't.
For example, a 10 week test cycle + 4 week pct would be 14 weeks off completely. Anyone correct me if wrong please.

I heard your supposed to also do blood work 4 weeks after pct is this true? If so this would obviously be added to the time of correct?

time on cycle PLUS PCT = time off... you need to AT LEAST take that amount of time off and robo is INCORRECT On his timing... if you ran a ten week cycle, then you would have TWO WEEKS of esters clearing THEN you would start pct... so 10 weeks, 11 and 12 are rest time before pct starts 13-16 so that would be 16 weeks total on which is four months... so you would need four months off in between cycles... you can run a sarms bridge in between though or something like my new post ct product which you can check out here... https://www.dganutrition.com/post-ct

Thanks Dylan. Is there a rule of thumb on figuring out how long your pct should be?

For example: every 2 weeks on equals one week of pct.

Totally forgot about that....yes esters need to clear for two weeks if its Test E or C then start the PCT. So yes tower43 an additional 2 weeks totaling for 16 weeks is ideal in the scenario I wrote, so obviousely apply that to whatever your situation is.

Ok thanks guys. I’m getting blood work done more out of curiosity to see what the difference is I’ll post it when I get it back.
