I need some advice for a friend of mine. He has been taking 3IU’s a day in the morning of HGH for 7 weeks. He was planning on taking HGH for 6 months but the Carpal Tunnel has become unbearable in the last week. He has upped his Potassium plus takes Vitamin B6/Tumeric. Do you guys recommend stopping until the Carpal Tunnel is gone the restarting at a lower dose? Or is it best to just lower the dose? He doesnt want to create a situation where the Carpal Tunnel become permanent. He tried to find info about this couldn’t find a thread just based on this subject. Please help!!(Him)

1-2 ius for now.. he should not have started that high and thats what you get when you do that... he has noone to blame but himself

I couldn’t agree more. Blame is not the issue. It is a 100% his fault. He should of started at a lower dose and moved up. If the dose is lowered what is a good guesstimate on when the Carpal will diminish? When it does diminish, how should he cycle it to get back to 3 IU a day? Thank you

i have no clue, im not a psychic and at this length of time being that high, its impossible to say... he will just have to play it by ear...

Thanks for confirming what I've been telling everyone over and over, again and again. Start with 1ius and SLOWLY increase dosage over a long time period. In my opinion HGH is something you should run indefinitely. HGH is a marathon not a sprint.

Lower dosage and slowly increase over a period of months. 6 months is when HGH starts to shine it's not really something you should cycle unless you need to drop water for a show.

cbbram- thank you for the reply. He would like to run it 6 months plus. The sense of well being has been phenomenal for him so far, showing signs of fat reduction, ect. He really would like to continue but obviously long term health is extremely important. He appreciates you and dylan responding. In your past usage of hgh did you experience carpal tunnel and did it go away after lowering the dose? Or have u heard of anyone having a similar experience and it going away with a lowered dose? Thank you

Definitely recommend 1 to 2 iu per day. Even at that dose it causes minor carpal tunnel issues for me, but bearable.

we wouldnt be recommending to the lower the dose if it had never been seen working for others before man.... trying to dig into more and more for reaffirmation is not going to help things... its a common issue with hgh with a common solution...

Certain brands caused it more than others. Try different brands and find which one doesn't cause it as much. However you may find the other brands aren't as good in all areas. HGH can vary significantly.

Makes perfect sense. He appreciates the answer and he will follow your guys info. He will lower the dose to 1.5 IU and go from there. Thank you
