Help with cuff tendon

stevec

New member
I'm new to posting, I usually read everything and lurk around.
So I am up in the age and lift 4-5 day a week I have had both my shoulder operated on in the last 5 years, recovery was a bitch.
Now I have trouble with one and it's been persistent and hard to recover from and would like to find some help with healing recovery.
Like maybe some suggestions as what I can take to help move it along, maybe a SARM
Oh by the way I'm 57 and have never done a cycle of anything but that's after recovery.
thanks

My wife only did 1.5 months of the triple stack and increased her sprint significantly. I am 66 and getting ready to finally go hrt. Dylan had the triple stack sent for me and I felt it in 3 days. This is unusual for me because I am resistant to a lot gear as well as other drugs. Maybe the 60's caught me by the bu bu, but if the sarms are this good then I may not do any trt after all. Give it shot man...no friggin side effects!! Except that is tastes like rotten rhino rectums. And don't ask!

I figure Brother that if I'm going to jump in lets go. I want to heal well and push myself also.
Getting pumped!

I have been on mild TRT for three years and it doesn't feel like anything..Andro Gel I think it's to weak to do anything JMO.

The setup that Dylan gave you is absolutely perfect for what you want to do, and I'm sure you will be blown away by the results, especially considering you haven't used anything before. That typically results in hyper responding even more to a stack like this, so I'm sure you will love it brother!

I love it brother! I am thrilled to know that I could help you especially with finding something that can be of such great aid to you without any of the normal steroid strain you would be getting... Not that you are old whatsoever but as you get past 50, it is even more delicate on the amount of strain you are putting on your internal organs... This is your answer brother...

I have a question. Are you have a biceps tendon problem or a rotatir cuff issue. Its a bit confusing cause thise are two diff things.

Well it hurts bad trying to do normal dumbbell or bar curls. But the real pain is like you are making hand signal turn in a car, you have your arm out the window palm facing back and finger tips pointing to the ground , now turn it up to make right turn palm forward now that's the hit. So I 'm pretty shure the cuff is the culprit, but I can be schooled I appreciate you guys tremendously this community is my go to!!

Well the pain could be coming from many places. But you got three possibles.

One is the bicep tendon. This is basically a useless piece of tissue and actually does nothing crucial. But it can become enflamed and hurt during many strenuous movements. This just requires rest and some icing after lifting for a while and back your weight off

Another culprit can be your labrum. This is a flap of cartilage that make the the shoulder socket move smoothly. Pain can be caused eother by a small tear or worn down down by years of movement. Common for people older and athletes. Again icong and rest can help also there are some excercises which will help reposition the shoulder joint and strengthen the shoulder to get evwrything alligned to where its not rubbing.

The third but most dangerous is your rotator cuff. Not many people know this but its a group of four small muscles undermeath your delttoid. This group of muscles is what holds the joint together. If you tear any of there muscles you are done. Even after surgery your shoulder will never be as strong or stable again. Take great care here. This can be a devastating injury. Sometimes u can have the pain u discribe and thats the rc telling h hey stop it im hurting. Try the first two remedies and see how u feel if the starts to go away then you are ok. If it continues stop working out and go to the dr.

the motion youre talking about definitely sounds like rotator cuff - i injured my right one. keep in mind though that the motion you describe is VERY unnatural for your shoulder joint, it causes impingement. it even bothers my left one because of the angle of my shoulder flared out to my sides. But for my right one i didnt go to the doc, i just stopped doing exercises that hurt it. sometimes injuries can actually be a blessing in a weird way because it allows us to see what we are doing wrong in our workouts and to avoid that - it would be better to avoid before injury but its never perfect. Some people do exercises and never get injured, some of us do the exact same ones and get hurt - its just how it is. I just avoided any exercises that hurt my shoulder and let it heal. Exercises that hurt my shoulder were ones that compromised my shoulder position and put unnecessary strain on my Rotator, like behind the neck military press, upright rows, etc. Now I do very strict warm ups for my shoulders, chest, etc. Warm ups and stretching is the key to loosen tendons, ligaments, muscles, etc. BUT when you are young you dont warm up properly and dont stretch. And by warm up/stretch i mean for REAL, you should be sweating.

I am appreciative to all tips and concerns.
I will be pampering it hope to see a steady improvement.
As always you all are my people.
