Hello Everyone,
Greetings.

I wanna know from the bodybuilders or physique competitors who know all about peak week. I am planning to do a photo shoot. I am quite lean but I don't wanna get very very lean as it will have side effects on me as I am at my teenage. I hold water a lot, and by "a lot", I mean it. My sodium intake is normal or even below normal and my carbohydrates intake is also normal. But I am 1 week out and I am at a single digit body fat percentage but still holding water noticeably. I wanna be very dry and full at the time of photo shoot and I know that peak week will help a lot. Please tell me all about nutrition, sodium and water.

How is your potassium intake? You want to increase that if you're holding too much water even with a low sodium diet. I would try that and see if it helps.

Let's see a pic bro. A lot of guys saying they are "holding water" are just not in the right condition and not lean enough. I've seen it a thousand times. This is especially true for those that are doing nothing that will cause them to retain water. Peak week is not going to do anything drastic at all. It's for minor changes and really doesn't amount to a lot. If you don't look stage ready by now, you probably are not ready. That's just reality

Sorry for the camera and mirror quality but I hope the veins popping out is enough to describe that I am at low body fat %.
Any criticism and help highly appreciated.

Yes sir, I understand. I am just eating 30-40 grams carbs after workout. If I eat potassium rich foods like Banana, My carbs will go up. How can I manage my potassium??
I am now reducing my carbs and 2-3 days I will have no carbs and then I will carb up the day before the photoshoot and at the day
