had a health question for you guys, while on a cruise/Trt regimen. As far as my heart is concerned, is there anything I should be cautious about, like any symptoms I should look out for?

I check my own bp regularly on my own, donate blood regularly, and try to keep an eye on my lipids and watch my diet. And plenty of cardio, More so than lifting really. Is there any heart friendly/healthy supplements I should be taking?

I'm not worried as I am still young, just being proactive

As far as supplements; red yeast extract increases your HDL (good cholesterol), Niacin lowers your LDL (bad cholesterol), Hawthorn Berry helps with blood pressure, OMEGA 3 Fish oil lowers BP & reduces triglycerides and the chance of heart attack or stroke. Just keep lipids in check, and donate every 56 days, & don't let your hemoglobin or iron get too high.

Every 8 weeks is what I already do, but last time they took double reds, and I found out they won't let me donate for another 16 weeks after. Bummer but will that hurt?
