Well, Monday is my surgery!!! Getting my glands removed and the little gyno I have had since puberty. I'll be out of the gym for about two weeks. Nothing but forearms, calves, and light light legs for me about 4 days after my surgery. Then once I'm all healed up and training hard again for about a month, I'm gonna start my cycle. I'm gonna use some Radjay or Vermodje Sust or Cyp or E. Really haven't decided yet. It's going to be rough not training heavy for that long lol it'll be good for my body and joints though. Wish me luck!!!

listen bro, MAKE SURE you do not push it after surgery... they made me stay out of the gym altogether 4 weeks at the minimum... i just did cardio and no lifting... you want to be very careful there because it needs to heal properly and you can avoid scarring if your surgeon is good by letting it heal.. you definitely dont want to get all fixed up and then have nasty scars... you want it perfect and you also want to heal quickly so you can get back in the gym quicker... they told me 4-6 weeks but mine ended up only 4 because i did exactly what i was told to do...

Yeah, she said nothing for about a week or so. And around 2 weeks, I can ease into it. Cardio, forearms, calves, etc..
