Hey mr dylan i need your help

I have cycled prohormones twice about a year ago and i my nipples has grown after using them, 3 months ago i used letrozole to get ride of it but i stop using it because it did crash my libdo and it destroyed my joints. Some told me to use nolvadex and if it didn't help then I need a surgery what would you suggest? Let me know for pictures

If letro didn't solve your problem you will need surgery. Once the tissue has formed you can not get rid of it. I struggle with this myself and though mine isn't that bad it's still annoying

How much letro did you use and for how long? You may need surgery if it is still there, but I would repeat a letro and Nolva protocol first to see how that helps

Doesn't matter if you are on TRT or not. The protocol would be the same. Puffy nipples are not the same as gyno though either. Your buddy probably just needs to get his estrogen under control

That's right, if there's no lumps or tissue buildup he just needs to dial in his estradiol and he'll probably be fine.

I used like 13 caps 1 eod for 3 weeks it did go away but the letro killed my libdo and my joints so i stopped using it

Same like me i have puffy nipples sometimes it gets very small but the problem is i been noticing like a gyno tissue around it

Raloxifene and Nolvadex..... . Plus Aromasin (or Letro in place of Aromasin if needed) This will kill any Gyno/Lumps, if it doesn't work then you need surgery.

Buddy got strong dose of ai nipples did look better but he is in good estrogen range with the dose he did before

Letro does not get rid of gyno... Otherwise nobody would be getting surgery. Once the tissue has formed it's there for good. If it's still in the formation stages and you catch it in time you can use letro to prevent it from happening but once it happens it's happened.

Nothing much, some people have puffier nipples than others were all different. You can have plastic surgery if your insecure of the shape of your nipples.
