Thanks Dylan, if I do exercise first thing in the morning, can I take gw501516 in fasting state and should I take both (gw and mk2866) sarms in rest day as well.

@Dylan i saw your old videos where you told to increase s4 dosages after 2 - 3 weeks (above 50mg ) . So shall I stick with 50 mg (25mg am and 25 mg pm) whole 12 week or should increase the dosages ? 2nd shall I follow 5 day on and 2 days off for s4? And i am thinking to add S4 as well with mk2866 and gw501516.

Raising the dosage is not required at all. 50mg is a very good effective dose. You can try small increases if you choose to, and the side effects are minimal. It's all at the users discretion
Thanks Rick, what about rest day dosages(gw ,mk2866 and s4)? And shall I use S4(50 mg per day) - 5days on 2 days off in a week or take continuous 12 week ? Sorry for many questions
I am thinking to take 1800 calories per day for fat loss (32 year ,95 kg , 5"10" , not very active (desk job and 5 hour gym in week) , what should the macros for fat loss ?
