Got my sarms and need nutrition advice

Hey guys, I'm sooo happy that i got my sarms LGD and S4 without any trouble. I need some advice. I wanna recomp, my main gol is to lower my body fat but i wanna gain lean mass ofc. To do this i'm planning to go with 250 calorie deficit. (If need more deficit please let me know.)
My stats: 76kg // 178cm // %15bf // only 15month of training
Please let me know if my plan needs adjustment. My main questions;
10g sugars from dried appricot after waking up and 10g sugars from banana for post workout.When recomping it's ok to take sugar or it's better no to take? Do they sabotage burning fat?
How long training should last? 40-45min lifting + 20-25(or more?)cardio is enough? total 80min is too much?

you cant just totally eliminate sugar completely from your diet or you'll get low blood sugar which will ultimately cause you to pass out etc.. i dont think your understanding this concept but if you eliminate sugar you wont survive... you just keep it low and its completely fine to have it from fruits and its perfectly fine to have a banana post workout... what i dont understand is why your having turkey FOUR times a day... why dont you have chicken, fish, pork tenderloin etc? i would drop the pasta as well...
 
your definitely not eating enough veggies at all... you have broccoli once a day and thats it..thats not even close to enough...
 
Ahh actually one of turkeys is chicken, i've written it wrong and i have a fix salad daily why i didnt write is bcs they have ignorable calorie value. This is not strict one, just wanted to represent macros for each meal, i eat fish at least 2-3 times a week
 
You definitely need more veggies in your diet. I'd do a good 3 servings per day

I thought i could do recomp with lgd and s4 while deficit? That's what i was told..

Yes you absolutely can, but if you are looking for Recomp GW is perfect because it helps lose bodyfat big time, on top of lowering cortisol which is important while dieting

If you have the means I would defnitely add it in
