You don't need to take steroids to have bitch tits bro, you can just have them from hormonal imbalances during puberty or from just being a fat lard.
You need to get on a diet and lower your bodyfat below 17% no man should let his bodyfat climb up that high unless he wants man tits because it will happen from being a lardy fruit cake alone.
Take liquidex ai from n2bm.com at 3cc every day for a month and drop down to 2cc for another month and 1cc the 3rd month and try and lose some weight if you are a fat beer belly out of shape lard.
