Hello, Im new to this but interested. I stumbled upon your youtube videos. I was wondering if you can help me, if not I totally understand.
I workout 5 - 7 days a week 2 hours a day. I have been working out for over 10 years. I try to eat lean but have a hard time going perfect but I do eat pretty good. I want to get ripped, but have limitations.
I do not want to inject
I do not want to gain size (some is understood but I am happy with the muscle I have)

I also need to know where I can buy safely and get what I want. I know I didn't provide you much information but doing what you can with what you have
So pretty much what should I buy, how should I take it, and where can I buy it.
Thank you a million even if you can't help me you have great videos for hard information.
 
You get ripped with diet and cardio. You need to post your full stats.

Getting ripped is all about diet. It takes extreme discipline. Being "ripped" is typically a temporary thing for a show or a photoshoot.
 
you dont get "ripped" from taking compounds... you have literally done no research whatsoever and just want me to tell you every last thing... if you dont want to inject, dont use steroids... period...

If u dont want to gain muscle why do u want to take compounds? U can achieve all ur goals naturally with proper nutrition and workouts

exactly... that makes no sense whatsoever to say the least
 
If you want to get ripped, diet and do cardio. Anabolic Compounds make no sense for your goal
