Hey sir, I’m strongly considering sarms. This would be my first time. I am 21 years old, 1.82m and weight between 185-190 with 14% body fat. My main goals behind the use of sarms are increasing strength and muscle mass while decreasing my body fat around 9% not much lower than that. Id like to gain 5 to 10 pounds of lean mass before the end of September. I am currently consuming roughly 3500 calories which is pretty much what I need to maintain this weight. I’ve now been training for 6 years. I’ve used many supplements before and I already have a personal trainer and therefore am no longer at what might be considered as the noob stage. I am very serious with my training and the intensity is there. It has now become quite hard for me to increase my lean mass (a least according to me). I have my recovery on check I have my 8-9hrs of sleep every night and do sauna meditation and all there is to optimize my recovery naturally. I also have my nutrition on check. I did my blood works and everything is within healthy limits. Btw I live in canada so they are legal. I was wondering if first sarms would be the best thing for me at this point obviously just asking for opinion I perfectly understand you can only give me your opinion. Second I was wondering if my current choice of going for mk-2866 and mk-677 is a smart one for what I am looking for and if so, what would you recommend as a safe dosage for these.
