funny the same tweak when I was 22 would heal in 3-5 days...LOL
I've been having trouble sleeping lately.I'm going to start dosing the MK-677 in the morning starting today.I was dosing at 9pm every night & I work til 1am,get to sleep around 2am.I didn't want to dose in the morning because I read it could make you sleepy during the day.Let's see how this works.I dosed @ 9am this morning & I'm not sleepy at all so far.
Am dosing of MK-677 is what is recommended because night,y dosing can affect sleep. Most people don't get sleepy or lethargic during the day with am dosing. I know I didn't at all, but it does to some in rare cases

Thanks for confirming that Rick.I just didn't want to chance being sleepy at work.That's why I did this on a Saturday.So far so good.I don't feel tired at all.I feel very relaxed though.

Well I had an incredible deep sleep last night,despite the freaky nightmares.LOL.I think the morning dose of the 677 is where it's at.Just gotta stop watching horror movies before bed.

I started a new workout this week courtesy of 44YOGearHead & KILLED IT!I may have over did it on chest/back day because I felt like I tweaked my left pec.It's been hurting all week,but this MK-677 & 2866 must be doing it's thing because just about all that pain was gone this morning(3 DAYS!).This is some amazing shit.An injury like that would have taken me a few weeks to recover from normally.

What the hell is making my veins want to pop through my skin & my muscles are always feeling hard & I want to flex them all the time?For the first time in my life (even when I was in peak physical condition when I was boxing from 16-26) I have veins popping out of my triceps & quads like crazy.It's probably the S4 right?Although I've noticed a considerable difference with adding the 677 as well.The healing & recovery capabilities of this stack(S4,2866,677,GW) are unbelievable.I've tweaked muscles & recovered in days instead of weeks.

ill be honest ive been running jack shit for the last 4 weeks I am waiting to get on a cycle when I settle in on my next 3 month job. however I tweaked my shoulder and back this week. so I jumped back on a triple stack w sr9009 and 677 and I am healing fast and can still workout lol it is amazing shit man.
I think the 677 combined with the 2866 makes for an incredible healing stack.I'm always going to have this stuff on hand.

ya I haven't even been taking my flexiril the docs gave me
