i have been following your information on the web about proper steroid use

Im going to be doing my first cycle in the next few months and i need proper information on how to cycle properly and correct PCT

I have done a turinabol cycle before i know it was probably the stupidest thing i could do when it comes to steroids but due to lack of information and misinformation for other users i didn't know the consequences and the damaged i was doing to my body

Witch leads me to you i want to cycle for about 10 weeks and i want to build clean muscle without retaining large amounts of water

What is the best and healthiest way to do this?
 
You need to post your COMPLETE stats;

Age
Height
Weight
Body fat %
Years of training
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run)
PCT for each cycle
Goals
Supplements (if any)
General idea of nutrition
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.)

Be honest; don't write what you think we want to hear

hey bro, its impossible for me to help you without having any pertinent info about you... how could you expect anyone to help you with no info about yourself bro???? age/height/weight/body fat? goals? workout history????

Sry was about to fill out complete stats with recent blood work for you but my life has been put on hold my girlfriend kicked me out currently living out of a duffel bag and my truck pritty shitty situation

Training has slowed significantly When im back on top ill make a post of everything required
