I have been watching your videos for quite some time now and i have learned so much which i'm very thankful for/i'm also studying medicine and your videos help me with it aswell lol/ !
i would like to do my first cycle. I'm 21 years old, 81kg, 180sm , been training for 5 years now. I would like to do a test propionate only cycle.

PCT
3 days after last pin
1/Nolvadex
Week 1 40 milligrams daily
Week 2 40 milligrams daily
Week 3 20 milligrams daily
Week 4 20 milligrams daily

2/clomid: 50/50/25/25

3/Zink

4/arimidex /in my country we have anastrozol from alvogen, do you think it is the same as arimidex or i should purchase arimidex from the black market?/
0.5-1mg eod
Will arimidex do the work or do i need aromasin?

I would like to ask you are those doses fine and how much test prop should i inject each other day(if its 400mg/week does that mean 100mg each injection?/ How long should i run the cycle so i get good results and not shutdown the test production that hard. Should i get Tribestan for the pct or its not needed?

ps
what should i use during test propionate only cycle (arimidex or aromasin) and which one of those two should i run in pct to control the estrogen? Thank you.
