i'm 20, 6'0, about 150-160 lbs and have been working out for around 3-4 years now. This is what I was thinking of running. My baseline bloodwork results should come in soon as well.

500mg of Test-C a week (250mg twice a week)
for 16-20 weeks
Arimidex 1mg a week for duration of cycle (depending/if needed)

For my PCT I was thinking
Clomid 50mg a day for 4-8 weeks
Nolvadex 20mg a day for 4-8 weeks

Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I also heard sarms are a good bridge kind of thing and want more info on that if possible.

i hate to be that guy but i have to ask are you aware of the risks using steroids at your age? it can permanently destroy your hpta

bros nothing you can do now can't be done without the sauce. get your training/diet on point

All good, I'm aware of some of the risks, but i thought if done properly, you could cycle off and keep natural production going n etc? So the risk outweighs the benefits at my age even with just test?
 
Why would you start at 500 a week... that's just ridiculous my friend. Starters I don't even run near that n I've done many cycles. So at 25 you'll be doing what 750 1000 a week. Plz don't do that. Shouldn't even run it period. But if you do, start at 300. Learn your side effects n sensitivities. You'll have time to see if your a big estrogen converter or not... flying blind n hope to make gains. Working out on peds or not it's a marathon.
Keeping health in check...
Let's say u run 300 n run 500. You think ur gains will be much better?
We gain muscle mass in grams, not pounds. You wanna risk your health n longevity to maybe gain n extra few grams... that you couldn't even tell by looking.
Do you but... know this isn't the way. That mentality leads to an early grave.

why would 'just test' be smart? test shuts you down HARD. your LH and FSH will crash to 0

I say go for it if you really think you're ready, just be aware of the dangers that's involved, especially with your fertility and being shut down.
