FITT is something so many have a misconception on, Frequency people usually can nail, but the Intensity is where ppl cheat themselves along with Time and the Types of exercises they are doing. I used to get complacent and in a rut and feel like shit. Now I'm so exhausted after training, if I'm not nailing this shit I give up.
i hope everyone enjoys this one... its imperative to have your training dialed in but you must understand the concepts so i truly hope this helps everyone!
