Good afternoon Dylan,

I'm a great fan of your YouTube videos, stacked with some great information.

I'm particularly interested in you Equipoise video, for myself I've never run it and a lot of people on our UK forums don't run it.

I'm looking to include it in my forthcoming cycle and I'm after your knowledge on this compound.

I'm planning on a 12 week cycle consisting of a 4 week tbol kick starter at 40mg per day and 12 weeks of test e around 400mg per week. I'm also thinking of adding eq along side this.

What would your thought be on dosage?? should the eq be dosed higher than test? should it be lower than test?

Was kinda thinking about anavar 4 weeks towards the end of the cycle!! is 8 weeks of orals to much?? would it be worth it as the eq should really be kicking in then due to the long ester, or would it be a good idea to add another compound at the beginning of the cycle?

I'm not looking for big bulk gains, I like nice clean cut look. bit like yourself.

My previous cycle was Tren and I dosed at 300mg per week and it was to harsh on me so I wanted to give something a bit milder a go and hopefully I will get some nice results from it.

Would greatly appreciate your help and keep the videos coming. you could always do a video for me explaining your thoughts on my next cycle. would help me hugely and I'm sure it would help a lot of other guys out too.
 
Welcome to the board bud. EQ is a great compound but lets hear some more info on you first man. Whats your age, height, weight, bf%? Cycle experience?

- EQ needs to be run 16 weeks minimum to get something out of it. At 12 weeks you'd barely have gotten into what it's capable of. You won't "see" anything typical til weeks 8-9.

- EQ requires a big dosage, say 800mg ew. I'm running it at 900 myself. You might see some benefit at 600mg barely as far as what it's capable of.

- 8 weeks of orals 4 for front load and 4 as a finisher is fine experience dependent.

I'm 34 years old and been training solidly for 5 years now. I'm 185Cm in height and 74kg in weight with a body fat of 9%.
Previous cycle history is.
12 week test e 6 weeks winstrol
12 week test e 6 weeks anavar
12 weeks test e 6 weeks anavar and should have been stacked with primo but the pip was so bad I couldn't put up with it.
12 week test e 8 weeks multi ester tren 6 weeks ajar.
All cycle have had aramidex along side followed by and 2 week cap before starting pct nolvadex for 2 weeks and clomid for 2 weeks.
My calories around 3500 per day with a very low fat intake, I drink plenty of water, about 5 litre.
I supplement liver protection, oils, vitamins and glucosamine. I also supplement protein in form of a shake.

Only a few problems from the Tren cycle was the bed sweats, this didn't help by it being summer time too.
Had very minor acne, slightly increase anger/stress but that could have be due to moving house. Cardio has suffered a little in my opinion, as I like to do cardio this is the side I've noticed the most. Hopefully this will come back to normal over time.
I have thought about giving Tren another go but with enathate this time and dosed at 250 mg per week for 8 weeks,12 week test at 400mg per week, kick start with tbol and possibly finish with an oral. 4 weeks start and 4 weeks to finish

So a 16 week cycle of eq dosed at 600mg per week. What would be the recommended test dose?? And for how long? Would also like to kick start with tbol and possibly add 8 weeks low dose of Tren half way through! Does this sound OK to do or two much?
Will hcg need to be added due to the long shut down of natural testosterone?

I'd leave the Tren out bro. Just do test and EQ with the Tbol kickstart, and possibly throw some sarms in as well. You also need a much more extensive pct. here you go

1-16 Test E 400mg per week
1-16 EQ 800mg per week
1-16 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
1-6 Tbol 60mg per day
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
5-16 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-16 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

Dude I think nobody did the math till just now, you're slightly over 6 feet tall and weigh 163 pounds... personally I think you're grossly underweight. Too underweight for AAS and this weight is after 4 cycles!!!! Whoa. Something here ain't right.

I'm am undoubtedly slim. I've always struggled thought life to increase my weight. I don't want to be fat but I would like to increase my muscle mass. I have no problems cutting it's the bulking is the problem. But on the other hand I don't want to be big and bulky. Tbh I like the shredded look

brother, you cannot use steroids being that undersized and clearly you are doing something major wrong if you have ran that many cycles in the past and are still that size... you have serious issues with diet and training, that is clear... why dont you post your typical diet...
 
My diet is generally the same week in week out.
Breakfast 70g porridge with a large spoon full of peanut butter, banana, 2 boiled eggs
Lunch. 1 1/2 chicken breast, 1 cup plain rice, 150g mixed veg. 1 banana, 1 orange.
Afternoon meal. 1 1/2 chicken breast, 1 cup rice, 150g mixed veg. 1 50g protein shake
Dinner. Some sort of chicken dish with rice or noodles, some veg, 50g protein shake

what do you mean 1.5 chicken breast?? that doesn't tell me anything bro... how many oz of chicken do you eat each meal?
