What's up seen the YouTube videos and had a few questions.

First off I'm
30 years old
6' 205#s around 12% BF

I'm wanting to lean down to 190 and increase lbm. I do HIIT 2-3 times a week and don't really lift heavy(I might start doing more heavy lifts when I start this cycle). Also I do Boxing and Bjj 3-4 times a week. My main goal is increase endurance. Which if I do that the increase in work I'm able to do will naturally lean me down.

What do you recommend to take as this will be my first cycle. I've taken two pro hormone cycles 2 years back had good results and no major sides and other than that just basic supplements.

And a side note I have a little mileage on my body lol as my knees and joints tend to be sore some days. I take animal flex to help and as a preventive for Bjj but seems that they still are sore. Is there a Sarm that I can run to help with healing?
 
I would look at GW, SRSR9009, and RAD 140 for the endurance, weight loss and recovery. Consider MK2866 for your joints. I am running this stack now and am very impressed with the results. I'm sure Rick or Dylan can give you the appropriate dosing for you needs.

personally I am ordering more of both for my next run and yes a mini pct will be required you can run 677 for up to a year

Yes, you will need to run a mini pct after that stack as well

MK677 is a good addition for even further healing benefits. The best for healing is to run MK677, mk2866, and lgd together

No it will not add too much mass at all bro. S4 is excellent to help fat loss and strength and doesn't add a lot of lean mass. Lgd is good for lean mass but offers a lot for the healing benefits you are after

I think the stack I gave you suits your goals best...and adding the MK677 is another possibility at 25mg per day as well
