come on bro... how on earth can i help with anything when your so vague... i have no clue what your stats are, your goals, etc... i mean bro, seriously.. im not trying to be a dick in any way but for example, what if you were trying to bulk and i gave you a cutting diet? or vice versa? i have no clue on your age/height/weight/body fat? etc... i mean, you could not be ANY more vague with things..
It depends on your goal bro, but everyone is going to be different. You're going to have to come up with this on your own, but I'll give you a great place to start.
