Why I am here? Because I thought it was high time. 2nd I'm being confused by so much bullshit from people around. Damn people just love talking in the gym nowadays! 3rd I need help to be safe. Like Dylan said, safety should be our first priority. I want 'the long term'.
28yrs, 5'6, 158lbs, 1 cycle about 2 years ago(test only).PCT was always like I mentioned below. The only change was I did the HCG during the PCT but now I got a better grasp of it and it makes more sense to use it during than after. I have been training for 6 years nonstop. No injuries. Just some joint pain from time to time due to heavy lifting in the gym but nothing I can't manage.
Cycle
500mg sus weeks 1-12
300mg deca weeks 1-10
30mg Dbol weeks 1-4
2x250iu HCG weeks 5-12
2x500iu HCG weeks 13-14
aromasin 12.5mg eod weeks 1-14 (I was told to take the aromasin with a meal...another person said empty stomach...another said before bed....What do u guys suggest?
caber 0.5mg every 3 days
PCT(week 15-18) Should I start PCT at week 15 or 16?
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Should I run aromasin here too in PCT? because I will run aromasin from weeks 1 to 14
What are your thoughts, suggestions and advice?
Also what supplements or cycle aids I should add?
I will be taking the usuals..Fish oil, COQ10.....Vit C, Vit E, Carnitine, Arginine, Glutamine.......Multi vit, coconut water??
