Hi Dylan,

Im from India. I Have been following your channel for a long time now and found it to be really helpful, but I have a query which i wanted to ask you personally.
I am 20 years old, stand 6ft tall and a year ago underwent a major weight loss, went down from 98kg to 79kg,

During the process I noticed that i lost a lot of muscle mass too since I only focused on cardio earlier.

Now since 7-8 months I have started intense weight training and have kept a good diet too, but there has not been a slight of improvement in size of my arms and legs which have only become thinner. My chest and shoulders have been in a better shape but I am not able to increase muscle mass. Also I have a little belly fat left.

Some of my trainers suggested me carb cycling & some of them suggested me to take oral steroids. I wanted to know your opinion, What kind of diet should I be following in order to Burn my bodyfat & Increase the mucle mass ? what kind of Supplement stack should I have for the same ( Currently using Whey, bcaa, multivitamins ).

Would love to hear your opinion on this soon, as this thing is bothering me a lot.
 
you are years and years too young to be using steroids so please do not ask me again... i would never advise anyone your age to use steroids, even if they paid me a million dollars... please drop it from your thoughts... i would eat with proportions like this...

55-60% protein, 25-30% carbs and 10-15% fats

You have no business using steroids at your age and stats. Sarms might be a good option for you which I'd be happy to help you setup a stack. It sounds to me like you are having problems with diet and that's where it all starts.
