I'm 28 years old and started taking 2 IU/day in early May but had to stop on June 30th due to a work trip to Switzerland that lasted till mid August. I just got back on 2 weeks ago and am increasing to 3 IU/day this week. I weigh 215lbs at 6'2"and at the moment and am at somewhere between 18-20% bodyfat. I have quite a few questions so I'm sorry for the long email, any help is greatly appreciated. My goal is to add muscle and lean down in a way that I'll be able to maintain and slowly build on top of. I'm not interested in competing in any way in the fitness industry either.

1. How important is meal timing after a workout? I usually pin growth right before the gym and hit my workout for about an hour and a half. I don't eat for up to 1-2 hours before pinning so my blood sugar won't mess with the growth since it's not elevated. I'm usually not that hungry after the gym though, is it alright to eat 2 hours afterward or should I make sure to get a post workout meal in?

2. I'm planning on doing an 8 week cycle of Anavar during the gh cycle as well, no sooner than once I've gotten to 15% bodyfat though. I'd like to maximize my results so I'm looking at taking between 75-100mg per day. It would also be my first cycle (not counting GH) and I'd rather not take any test if I can avoid it. I'm looking to add around 10-15 lbs of muscle and lean down to 10-12% bodyfat, and am thinking about running the Anavar without any PCT since I've read a lot of positive reviews from people doing the same. Do you think the growth will be sufficient to stack onto the Anavar cycle for good results?

3. For both cutting and bulking, is there any kind of workout that would produce better results overall in your opinion? Should I only focus on cutting while just on growth then shift to strength and muscle building after starting Anavar?

4. Would you recommend staying at my current GH dosage or increasing it on a gradual basis?

5. I've read a few bad things about the company I'm getting my growth from (Live Well Pharmaceuticals) but nothing that is recent, only articles from 3+ years ago. I feel like they have increased their quality and standards after their main Dr. was fired, but you might have more information than I was able to find. The only reason I use this company is because I ordered it from someone I trust who has also used their products more recently and has the ability to get them. I've also noticed the results so I'm sure it's not complete garbage, but I can email you a picture of the box and vial if you'd like.

6. I currently use cannabis to help me sleep, but only before bed and not everyday. Are there any issues with this from your experience?

7. I'm interested in starting to train for endurance competitions such as a Triathlon Sprint and I usually bike 50-100 miles per week. Should I focus on the gym while on the Anavar cycle or will it be alright to continue endurence training regularly?

8. I'm prescribed Adderall for my ADHD and try not to take it daily as I don't like some of the effects it has on my body, but still have to take it for work. Have you heard of any issues with growth or Anavar and Adderall?

I'm sorry again for the long email, I know you get a ton but any information is appreciated.

2. why on the planet earth would you run anavar without test? thats about the most ignorant thing you could do...

I'm curious why you are messing around with growth hormone at 28 years old and at the condition you are in. I think you are setting yourself up for a lot of disappointment. I don't think you understand what to expect from growth hormone.

Also an Anavar only cycle is a terrible idea. Anavar period is a bad idea,mince it's basically meant for women
