I'm looking for some feedback on the following cycle arrangement.
250iu hcg mon and thurs throughout
Weeks 1-3
250mg test mon
100mg deca mon and thurs
20mg nolvadex ed
At 3 weeks medichecks mini female hormone check test
Based on those results add in caber and/or aromasin if needed.
Weeks 3-6
250mg test mon
150mg deca mon and thurs
20mg nolvadex ed
Caber?
Aromasin?
Weeks 7-12
250mg test mon
200mg deca mon thurs
60mg tbol 45-1hr pre workout am on rest days every day
20mg nolva
Stroms on cycle support supplement throughout cycle (2 caps am 2 caps pm)
Tudca 250mg every day
1g vit c taken 5 x a day
Mulit Vit

Body fat % - 15.2% ( 4 location skin fold calliper test) - 211 x.15 = 31.65 lbs body fat ( 211 - 31.65 = 179.39 Lean mass)

10 week cycle 18 months ago 250 Test E - 30mg tbol for last 6 weeks of cycle (first cycle ever ran)
PCT for each cycle
Last cycle PCT
Tamoxifen 40mg first 2 weeks then drop to 20mg for another 2 weeks Every other day
Clomid 50mg first 2 weeks then drop to 25mg for another 2 weeks Every other day
Aromasin run at 12.5mg every other day after 4 week bloods results
HCG run 4 last 4 weeks of cycle 1000iu per week split into 500iu Monday and Thursday each week
I may run the same again for this cycle depending on blood work.
Goals
Learn mass, low water gain, improved look and strength. ( little or no hair loss). ** no hair loss discovered on last cycle** only slight body hair increase..

General idea of nutrition
Good meal plan
Carb 150 - 250g
Fat 50 - 75g
Protein 200 - 210 per day, flexible dieting approach.
Through last cycle calories increased by 300 per week split across protein carbs and fats with protein intake tracking bodyweight increase.
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.)
