I also did some research that taking the sarms straight down I can chase with anything...I guess after taking it straight down I can drink a cup of water to wash it down?

post ct is best taken right before bed and yes, 5 caps for 30 days each bottle... with sarms, you can chase with anything but grapefruit juice is optimal because it provides max absorption...
