If I start taking testosterone cyp
What would be the best dose I've been advised 350mg per week
But some advise 250mg I'm not looking too gain a lot of size as its not good for my sport but all the other good stuff like recovery/strength cardio and a bit of muscle
I've already spoken to Dylan about being in the correct condition before going into cycle which I'm currently working on
I understand it could be annoying for some of the more experienced members to answer my questions but I'm just trying to get as educated as I can before I start
Thanks to this forum I've already been saved from making some very stupid mistakes

To put it in perspective,my 1st cycle was 250 mgs...I gained 20 lbs off of it...but I bulked and trained for that 20 lbs...you are in control of the weigh gain by calorie intake and macros...but what I'm saying is 250 is more than enough 1st go around

I'm gonna be more cardio based like wrestling/kickboxing and a lot of body weight training but I would like some beach muscles for the ladies
 
I say you go as low as you can to achieve desired results if your using a long ester give it at least 3 weeks before upping dose

So 250mg especially for what your looking for 12 -16 weeks then come off or come down to half that dose (cruise for as much time)

I've ran a cycle with as little as 250mg test back when I was a long distance runner and the recovery from that alone was astounding. If your goal is to run a marathon as fast as possible you don't want to have big bulky muscles. Gained maybe 1-2 lbs of muscle and got very lean.

Like Cmb said its based on training and diet.
 
I wouldn't go any higher than 350mg the first cycle. A good range is 250-350 in my opinion for the first one. You'd be surprised at the gains that can be made at that dose

please read what cmb posted here several times... "you are in control of the weight you gain by calorie intake and macros" what many forget is that all steroids have the capability of adding size... clearly, some more so than others but they ALL have this capability... you can gain size with pretty much anything if you eat to accommodate that.. test is very strong and is misused on a daily basis.. there is this ongoing broscience that you need to run test no lower than 500 mg... I have no clue who came up with that ridiculous scenario and though but it is prevalent out there... 250-350 is plenty... what is your planned cycle and what are your goals?
 
At the moment I'm mainly working on recomp I'm really trying to get my diet/training/recovery in place so I'm all natural at the moment when I get paid next week I'm gonna do the sarms triple stack cycle for 12 week followed by the mini pct then about two weeks after xmas (if I'm ready of course) I'm gonna do 12 test cyp. My goal is to look ripped as I have a beach holiday not long after

Ur right and wrong...more test can help u achieve a higher goal but I could bulk on 250 and turn around and cut on 350 the key is DIET/TRAINING! Test is just a "helper"

you completely misunderstand... it depends on how you eat... you can use it either way but you need to really focus on the now and work on the task at hand... its great to get all the info you need as you should but your main focus needs to be on how you can get into the proper condition because if you overlook what you are doing now, there won't be any cycle later or at least when you want to run it... the triple stack will definitely help you... here are the links for everything you need followed by the layout

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
