Coming off SARMs cycle question

Hey guys. I recently just finished the SarmsX 12-week triple stack in which I followed the recommended dosing to the tee. Along with the MK-2866, S4, and GW, I was also taking LGD along with some clen and t3. My experience during the cycle was pretty good, although I didn't quite end up getting as lean as I had set out to. To be honest I've never had a harder time in my life sticking to a diet and resisting cravings. Idk if it had anything to do with the cycle, but my cravings for food (mostly carbs) were just crazy, especially at night. All in all I did get results; lost about 2 inches off my stomach; was shooting for 3. Well, I just started my mini-PCT, and my question is:

Would it be okay to continue to try to cut during my PCT, or would this be inadvisable? Could I even continue to run clen and t3? Or should I just bring up my macros and go through PCT before try to cut further?

Thanks guys. Willing to upload a pic if anyone's interested.

how long did you run clen?? i really wish you would not have ran these with sarms... it skews the entire cycle and not to mention, your messing around with your thyroid with t3... clen/t3 is such a shit combination... you need to just run your pct as it should be and you should have gw in your pct which will keep corisol controlled and allow for cleaning things up in pct... i would strongly advise dropping the clen/t3 and running a different sarms stack so you can get the results you should be getting.... how long did you run clen/t3?

I wouldnt ever advise being in a caloric defecit while recovering post cycle. Just sty at maintenance at least, and with the GW in there it will help, keep the fat off of you. Then after pct you can cut and even start another sarms stack geared towards cutting if you'd like

Its the T3. Not worth it when cutting imo as you will get rebound weight gain when you drop it and have extreme cravings and hunger.

Yes another one of many reasons I don't ever recommend messing around with thyroid meds

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

Yeah I did up my macros, and I do think I'm going to try again where I left off last time. Thanks for the reply.

Dylan I started the clen/T3 about 4 weeks into my SARMs cycle and ran them about 8 weeks until the end of my 12-week cycle. I guess that was an ill-advised move on my part. I'm almost 2 weeks into my PCT now and am ready to pick up where I left off. I think about 4-6 weeks of cutting will have me down to the leanness I'm aiming for, and then I'd like to transition into a "clean bulk" or clean-gain cycle. So what would you recommend as far as a SARMs cycle where I could jump right back into a 4 to 6 week cut and transition the remainder into clean-gains?

In my opinion it doesn't make sense to start a cycle in a cut and then transition into a lean bulk. I'd just structure the whole cycle to more of a Recomp where you gain lean muscle mass and drop bodyfat throughout the cycle

For that goal, I think the ultra super stack. Get everything from www.sarmsx.com

Here is the layout

https://www.sarmsx.com/stacks/ultra-super-stack-12weeks

1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 Mk-2866 25mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

you can do a lot with the ultra recomp stack... you can cut, recomp, bulk etc... you can accommodate macros throughout and utilize in any way you like... that would be the best way to go.. here are the links to get everything you need followed by the layout...

In theory that sounds great, but I am actually a little skeptical about "recomps." I know I can cut when I want to, and I know I can make gains when I want to, but I guess you could say that I'm not so confident in my ability to do both at the same time.

I understand bro. I will say this. Recomp is the single hardest thing to do correctly, but with the right compounds to aid you it makes it much easier.

If you would rather do a bulk and cut, do the bulk at the beginning of the cycle when myostatin is down and gains come easier, then clean up at the end of the cycle and drop bodyfat. That makes more sense than cutting first then adding back in all the calories that just ends up leaving you where you started

you should never doubt yourself on anything... if someone else has accomplished a recmp before, which clearly several have, then you can as well... yes, it is the most difficult aspect of training but with difficulty comes reward... with more struggle comes bigger gains... you most certainly can do a recomp... its all about accommodating through your diet and understanding macros and how your body responds coupled with running the right compounds... you absolutely can do it...

Well I would need to look into this more deeply as to the exact method of the diet, macros, energy balance, nutrient timing, training, cardio, etc to accomplish this. So I guess what I mean to say is that I'm not confident in my recomp ability based on my current level of knowledge in the concept. Thanks for the encouragement though; I do feel a renewed sense of motivation this time around to reach my damn goals.

So would I be good to go on a SARMs cycle directly after the 3-week PCT?
