People need too understand that bro they shpuld be making steady progress on there own and adding these things will magnify that effect but if there getting no where they have got there base down and all there going too do is waist money and risk there health for no benifit at all master diet and training firtsyes, cardio and diet are ALWAYS going to be the key for fat loss... you can take everything under the sun but in no way is there any magic out there that will just drop weight and magically put you into some sort of shape... thats not how it works and too many believe that... these enhancements just speed up the process, some safe and some not so much...
