Cla? Does it work?

Currently taking Cla but only 1 week in and im on other fat burners, shredding really hard but want to know if I should invest in more Cla or just get more ephridrine? Thanks

I’ve tried CLA. I couldn’t tell if it worked or not.

If I was you I'd definitely choose ephedrine, haven't used it myself for years (impossible to get here in the UK) but when I last did it really killed my appetite stone dead. I have tried CLA and it didn't make any difference at all, maybe it works for others?

I wouldnt ever expect anything significant from cla. It's not really anything special at all and will provide minimal aid in fat loss at best
