Help with this please

After reading and using the peptide calculator I ended up with the final veredic which is:

I have a 2000mcg bottle of cjc-1295 (which equal 2mg)
I am going to use the 1:1 ration for dilution ( I am diluting my bottle with 2ml of BW)
I have a U100 Syringe needle
I need 100 mcg (twice per day)
At the third thick mark of my U100 syringe will equal 100mcg ( about half of the first number 10 on the syringe)

I been reading other forums and I got more comfused,
can somebody tell me if I am doing this right please

2000mcg's in 2ml of bac water.....insulin syringes are 1ml which equals 100units.....so if you pulled up 1ml of your reconstituted CjC you will have 1000mcg in one ml.......1000÷100= 10....so you will need 10units on the insulin pin to get your 100mcgs
