Will it be consistent and keep properly?
No, absolutely not.
By the time it gets to you, not only would it be inconsistently dosed, but more than likely de-natured of sorts. Meaning there'd probably be barely any Caber even in it, just the liquid.
I wouldn't even trust UGL Caber PILLS.

Why risk it? If you could spend your money ANYWHERE, spend it on good ancillaries - including quality Sarms - is my ethos.
The gear itself is the cheap part. Easy to replace a dud oil with a quality one. And the only thing that suffers is a few gains, not your damned body!
