I've given this gvt about 4 weeks now, and honestly, I think I've lost strength. I decided to try Brawns layout for 5x5, I skip the deads, replace with barbell rows, and with my back, only do 3x5 for squats, plus some ancillary exercises.
But looking at my log book, I couldnt do the ancillary exercise weights I was doing before starting GVT.
But damn my knees ache today...
