Hey guys, does anyone have any experience with BPC-157? I have some tendon pain in my shoulder and patella and was thinking about taking it to help healing. Also, which delivery method is best, local injections or nasal spray? Any information on this would be greatly appreciated

I'd ask you to address fist how it happened and ensure that doesn't occur again. We've ALL pushed it in the gym and sometimes need to back off and recover

Years of bench pressing 405 @165 pounds of body weight in my 20s so that's not happening again lol
The knee issue is from Olympic lifting for the last 15 years, mainly split jerk. I don't go overhead anymore due to the shoulder and knee combination
the spray is also great.. either way you win.. my recommendation is to go with the blend of bpc and tb500 which you can do in either injection or capsule
