I previously had high blood pressure 140's/90's and I was taking Amlodipine.

I made some lifestyle changes... Diet... Working out... I brought it back to normal (under 120/80) and quite taking the bp meds.

Now I'm on a test only cycle 500mg per week and I'm in my 5th week and my bp is in the 130's/80's.

I still have my script for Amlodipine... Should I start taking it again or am I good if I stay under 140/90?

I know being on cycle can raise bp... I just want to know where to draw the line...

I personally wouldn't use BP meds unless you had to. Your BP is still in a decent range. I don't know if you are taking cycle assist or at least some Hawthorne berry, but any time running a cycle I recommend running a full cycle support which will help blood pressure. I also run GW with every cycle for that reason as well, since it really helps blood pressure, heart rate, lipids, and blood sugar

Bro do not start taking the BP meds again. You have no idea what it could do. Especially if it might drop your BP into a dangerously low level. Which is just as bad as high BP. Low BP could kill you much quicker. Like out of the blue according to my MD.
Rick is right add some cycle assist and monitor you BP.

Bro that's normal range don't let your mind get the best of you lol I was at the drs and my bp was at 145/80 Dr said I was good I'm normally 120/80 range but with the work outs I'm guessing I'm retaining a little bit of water in the muscles so I don't worry..

changing my life around one day at a time!!
