Blood Donating!

What's up bros? Just putting a little emphasis out there on donating blood. I'm running high levels of equipoise right now and my rbc are prolly in the elevated area. So today was my first time ever that I donated blood. It's funny everyone in the clinic thanks you for your donation, and it's like "shit, you're the one doing me the favor". Anyrage it's a nice cleansing and your helping 2-3 people out. So fellas do something good for you, and good for your community; DONATE BLOOD!

I'm still a firm believer that vampires exist and they own the blood donating trailers so yea sure go donate to keep them from killing us on the streets but seriously fuck them too ... Live forever and shit

It is the absolute truth bro. I am religious about my donations and go every 8 weeks like clockwork. As a matter of fact I just went 4 days ago which was needed after 4 months of EQ. One thing I experience is some of the best sleep I ever get the night of donating. Also the next day is usually some of the best workouts I ever have. It really does make me feel like a million bucks.

It's extremely beneficial for those that cycle to keep RBC and hematocrit in check, and also don't forget the most important part.....all the potential lives you save with every donation! It's one of the best things you can do, and I encourage everyone to give

I donated last thurs. i was at 19.8 for hemoglobin. The cut off for donating is 20

I just donated about 2 weeks ago and glad I did before I start my eq cycle. I fucked up the first time I marked that I injected myself with steroids and they made me ineligible indefinitely. Right after that I posted it on here and someone told me to tell them it was a mistake so I did that and it took nearly a month for them to make me eligible lol.
Don't be like me.
Be smart.
Be like bill

I just started running a deca/test cycle and am seriously thinking of adding in some EQ, personally I have never run EQ before and from reading things here it intrigues me, so I WAS going to start a thread and ask whether it was necessary to donate blood if you ran EQ as I've heard it really boosts the red blood cells, I guess this thread pretty much answers my question ;)

Yes, and actually it's beneficial to donate blood no matter what AAS you run. They all raise RBC to some extent

I guess I was always concerned that it's pretty obvious I do steroids, so I figured they wouldn't want to use the blood, I guess like another member stated just don't admit to doing gear

Yes don't be stupid like me and admit any wrong doing on the paper.

It's obvious I use steroids too buddy, but that doesn't make a difference. The people taking your blood don't even care. They are just happy for your donation. You won't get stereotyped like that. I've never felt like I have, and they always treat me great...,make me feel appreciated

Something I also found out donating is that they keep it in that hospital for the hospital use. So your literally helping someone in your community

It actually depends on where the demand is for your specific blood type. The blood units are separated and sent to wherever it is needed. I get emails about where my blood goes and I've had them sent out of state many times. Sometimes you get a nice heartwarming message that your blood was sent to a children's hospital, or overseas for active military in need

You can't really track it yourself or anything. There's no way to. However, usually within a few weeks of donating they send me an email telling me what place it went to. They won't ever tell you who used it or anything like that, but it is pretty cool knowing where your blood goes
