Beep test use what products

Is there any products use for 1.8 km Beep test and 20 m sprint .
Just wanna it can be taken Oral .

GW Is great for endurance. I would get it from sarmsx. Not sure how it would be for a sprint but you should train with it instead of just for the test itself.
