Bf: roughly 22% :*( Age:33. Training is slow burn hikes 3x weekly alternating with cardio/weight. I do track my nutrition. Eat zero processed/dairy/gluten/sugar and am anti inflammatory. I do have labs with higher estrogen/estrogen dominance. I also had genetic testing that says i cant filter ut for beans. Doctors are involved. They just tell me to try progesterone bio identical, DIM, fiber ect. The progesterone just makes me retain water, and gain weight. So i ditched it. My MD said he tbinks my estrogen raises to compete with the progesterone. Id rather use small doses and bring the estrogen down to meet it half way with small doses of progesterone. ( which do agree with me )
