I actually believe in it and it does work, but it's something I only use when no one else is around ha..it's like when you have the gym to yourself and you start fuckin' around with whacky movements..

Lol thank, me too. Last year we didn't do anything. We have no friends... lol. At least not outside the gym. This year one of my buddies recomended something big in dallas they do every year.

Its proven hocus pocus absolutely zero credibility or science to back up the mask. In fact its counter productive and hinders gains. If you want the beneifts of asphyxiation training move to Colorado because it takes months of living at 10k feet to see performance benefits. All you are doing is cutting oxygen off to your muscles and making it harder for no reason. Think of it this way if you lift 225 on the bench for 4x10 and it was easy, and then did 4x10 with a mask and it was hard guess what you still lifted 225 forty times. Adaptation takes a long time not a few hours of Gym time.
