Sometimes I'll even go e3d if my joints start hurting and I feel I'm near crushing my estrogen.

This is what I do, I respond well to Aromasin.
My joints just started hurting badly do you think spacing it out to e3d would help?
I'm still in the middle of a cycle I wonder if I should stop taking it all together and restart only when I start my PCT.

I think you should make your own thread asking this question. You haven't given very much info about your cycle, your stats, or anything. Include as much info as possible. Stopping Aromasin all together is not a good idea and blood work is always recommended. Backing off on your dose temporarily may help but like I said you haven't provided much info...
