Anyone deal with a red/flush face?

Been dealing with my face getting really red, almost looks purple-ish. But only when I'm getting pushed to my limit, cardio wise. As soon as my heart rate comes back down it disappears.

Been on 200mg test e split a week and aromas in e3d.

just last week at blood bank, bp was 123/72 ish, heart rate was 56. I believe my hemoglobin was in the neighborhood of 15.5 ... Things look decent, without seeing bloods right now, just have a red face when I train really hard to exhaustion...

Should I be worried? Got some more bloods coming this week to get cbc, Ect...

from just 200mg of test a week? quiet strange, i heard of it on compounds like tren/winny, etc, but not on low doses of test like that.
try donating blood high hemoglobin will cause a red tint to your skin

Pharma lady... It may or may not have happened before any test was ever introduced, i've only noticed it now. But I'm also about 20lbs heavier than I used to be as well, while trying to push myself cardio wise as well

bro, not to be a dick but answer your own question there... you have gained 20 lbs and you get red in the face when you push yourself now... i mean bro, thats fairly obvious... your increasing heart rate and blood pressure far more than its used to.. once your back in the right condition then you wont have that issue anymore...

Lol, thanks bro, guess I answered my own question, I guess it wasn't my first thought as I'm probably a bit leaner than I was when I was lighter... I used to be around 175-80, and I'm touching 200 at times.. Just trying to gain more info about myself I guess

its all good brother but you need to think about things like that first... thats an obvious one but its better to just ask to be sure... its all good... once your in better condition that wont be an issue

What would better condition necessarily mean, I'm maybe 12% or so give or take a point or 2, just heavier... Would upping the cardio help or hinder?

What does diet look like? Sodium and water intake can have a huge impact on this as well

brother, you gained 20 lbs and havent ran or anything... you just need to get in better condition... there is no "set" number... you just have to get your ass back in the gym and keep getting after it... condition comes with effort and time.. i know guys at 10 and 12 percent that can't do cardio for shit... they are genetically gifted but not even in any sort of cardio shape... you cant base it on a number, you base it on the work and effort and how you progress...
