Hey Dylan I’ve been taking Anadrol for about 4 weeks now running 50mg per day with 500mg testosterone per week and I’ve gained some solid weight. I’m up about 14 pounds, and my strength has definitely gone up like crazy. I know I’m going to lose some when I cycle off Anadrol. But I want to keep gaining. I’m only 199 pounds and I’d like to be around 220ish or so. I’m 6ft tall exactly. Any recommendations on what cycle I should take next?

So I am clear; you're 4 weeks into a cycle and asking about your NEXT cycle?

You need to post your COMPLETE stats;

Age
Height
Weight
Body fat % DO NOT GUESS
Years of training
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run)
PCT for each cycle
Goals
Supplements (if any)
General idea of nutrition
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.)

Be honest; don't write what you think we want to hear

Also; read this:

i recommend you focus on what you are doing right now... what is your planned pct? what are your current stats? age/height/weight/body fat? how many cycles have you ran ? what ancillaries are you using on cycle?

I hate to break it to you but you've gained a bunch of water and glycogen for it only being 4 weeks and you up 14 lbs. I think you are getting a bit ahead of yourself here when you have the whole rest of your cycle to look forward to. Just concentrate on making this cycle count, watching your diet, etc.

What is your stats, cycle history, etc?

Gaining 20more lbs is a shit load of weight man! Think about walking around with 20lbs of plates strapped to your back. The body does not want to gain weight that fast. I would focus on gaining quality muscle that you can keep instead of tons of water that you will just lose.
