I watch your videos all the time. I'm 43 and on my first cycle. (Var 50 mg ed, test e 300 m once a week) finished 6 weeks of var still on test for a total of 3 months. Anastrozole twice a week(.5)
What is my best options for pct? Also taking liver support.

Are you splitting the 300 to twice a week injects. Because test e has a half life of 6 days and needs to be injected twice a week.

Welcome to the board man. What are your stats? Have you gotten bloodwork done? Your dosing on Adex is light. Personally, I'm not a fan of "twice a week" dosing like that. Eod or E3d and stick with that to keep levels stable. I'd get bloods done to dial that in and make sure you're effectively controlling estrogen. 0.5mg eod is the recommended starting dose so I'm curious what your levels look like right now. Check out privatemdlabs for the bloodwork. Here is a proper PCT layout and remember you have to wait 2 weeks after your last pin to allow the esters to clear before beginning pct:

No problem bud. Like Phurious said though, you really want to split the dose twice a week for stable blood levels. You can pin on a schedule every 3.5 days. So if you're doing 300mg a week, split the dose 150mg each 2x a week.

what are your current stats? age/height/weight/body fat?

bro, you MUST stop injecting test e only once a week... your going to have blood stability issues... although its a long ester, its not long enough for once a week injections...

did you run cycle support with anavar?

ONE OF THE FIRST RULES WHEN RUNNING A CYCLE IS THAT YOU ALWAYS NOT ONLY KNOW BUT HAVE YOUR PCT ON HAND BEFORE YOU EVER START A CYCLE...
