hi dylan,
first off, i am a huge fan of all your videos, i like them all. i am about to start this cycle in march that consists of test enath, deca durabolin, anadrol, and exemestane during the cycle to control estrogenic side effects. i was curious your advice/recommendation on pct after the 12 wk cycle; i have clomid, nolva, and arimidex, i just dont know which would be best or if any is necessary. any advice would help. please and thanks for your time.

Dude first off I really hope this isnt a first cycle. Asking about pct when already planning to run all those compounds raises some flags in my mind. You should know this basic stuff. What are your stats? Age, height, weight, bf%? Cycle experience? Years training? Goals?

150lbs, 5'10 26. 10%bf

Ok so I'm assuming this is a first cycle with those stats. In that case, no dude. You are going to screw yourself immensely. Youre way undersized at your height man. You should easy be able to gain another 20-30+ lbs naturally at the same body fat, no gear needed. I can tell you right now aas will do you no good at all because there are holes in your foundation. Do you track what you eat (Calories/macros)? How long have you been training?

You need a solid foundation to build on bro and you have some work todo. Like MaxxPursuit said.. put on another 20lbs and at that point you could run SARMS and make even more gains. Don't short cut the short cut

Man, think about something for a second... I hear day in and day out guys saying they love Dylan's videos and have seen them all etc. and then they ask something like "is pct even necessary for this cycle?" When you watch these videos please listen and stop what you're doing so you can absorb and understand the information. Don't listen while you do dishes or laundry or while talking on the phone because when you are watching all of Dylan's videos and still don't know that a PCT is absolutely necessary with even the smallest cycle then you aren't paying much attention to the videos. In fact you have to make a big effort to miss that.

Bro, right now you are way too undersized for steroid use at all, and what you propose to do with those compounds is way beyond anything you should he near right now. I'm sorry, but you need to build a much better foundation first before resorting to steroid use. What does your diet consist of? That is the biggest piece of the puzzle and where you need to start to make the magic happen

My best recommendation for you at this point is sarms. You can make great gains on a good sarms cycle. Justmakesure you are eating right and training right

okay brother.. this is absolutely horrible and there is no way on earth you are watching my videos to ask these type of things... lets start with the obvious... you are 150 pounds at 5'11"... bro, you are easily 25 pounds underweight and really more so... you can gain all of that naturally... you run any type of cycle, ESPECIALLY the one you have listed and you an expect a future of non stop problems... continuous injuries from too fast of growth and stretching ligaments, tendons and stressing bones... you are going to destroy yourself...

thats the obvious but bro, the fact that you ask if you need a pct on any cycle ESPECIALLY something like this is unreal... this is an ADVANCED cycle for an ADVANCED user.. you would NEVER run something like this with those types of questions, NEVER, not to mention your current condition... what on earth are you eating and DO NOT tell me that you have "fast metabolism" or you are a "hard gainer" or i cant help because i wont listen to nonsense... i WILL be happy to help if your honest and upfront and come for real help... then of course we will all help.. you have to be honest with us and yourself... what exactly do you eat from day to day? post your diet so we can help..

you would NEVER and i mean NEVER run deca OR anadrol on a first cycle either.. you are all over the place and you need to STOP before you start or you are going to severely hurt yourself man... let me know your diet...

sarms can definitely be of help but once again, would be pointless if your diet is not on point..

I was 5'11" @165 and i was skin and bones. At 150 there is no way you could be doing anything correct. First you need to start eating. Eating good healthy food. Nothing processed. If you dont cook it yourself dont touch it. Start with three good meals with lots of lean protein. Throw in a post workout shake as well. Thats makes 4 meals. Have a healthy snack in between breakfast and lunch. Like cottage cheese and some almonds. As you get accustomed to this then add another meal and so on and so on. I got to 6 meals and a post workout shake. It will make a huge difference. I thought i ate well til i really started tracking my meals and macros. If i was gonna give any advice to anyone that will singlehandedly make the biggest difference it is your meal plans and macros

absolutely right... theres no excuse for being that low in weight whatsoever... there is just a lack of understanding that steroids certainly is not going to fix...
