Advice on starting a cycle...

So here's where I'm at....
40 y/o 225# 16-17% body fat
Been hitting the gym hard for a year....I train 5-7x week
I'm looking to cut down a little more but build a little muscle. I don't need to be huge but I want really nice definition.I ran a cycle of hdrol 75mg for 5 weeks with limited results. I did see some nice improvement.

I've been reading and reading and there's so many options out there.

Here's my downfall...I'm a paramedic and it's hard to always get my nutrition right because I work on an ambulance 14hr shifts 3 days in a row. I can't pack enough food., and of course it's hard to find healthy food on the road.

I need some of you guys with experience to help me out....
I've read about testonly, test with dbol,sarms and eq...etc....I already have cycle support and tamoxifen at home ready to go.


I'm open to any and all reasonable advice...thanks charlie

Well brother, you are going to have to find a way to get your nutrition right one way or another. I personally have a good friend of mine that is a paramedic with the same dilemma, but he carries a big lunchbox with him and always has over 12 hours worth of meals with him at a time. It just takes planning and preparation but it can be done. The diet will be 90% of your results, and without that you just can't make the progress.

As for what to run, in your current condition you shouldn't go near AAS. Sarms are going to be the best option. You need a stack to help you cut bodyfat, while building strength and lean mass. The sarms super stack is the best option for that

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.

If you cannot get macros right then do not gear up. I still work sometimes from sun up to sundown, but I have a cooler with 2 quarts of egg whites, grapefruits, apples, canned chicken, tuna packs, harboiled eggs and chopped celery and carrot stick, plus a few of protein bars. I also have my shaker and some whey/casien but try to not use it unless I am feeling puny. It takes discipline, and you have curveballs being thrown at you. Work on some way to get the diet done. Once you get into that groove we can talk gear.
 
Hey Rick what about cycle support how are these on the liver are they hepatotoxic like most of the orals? Side effects...gyno?

No toxicity whatsoever, unlike oral AAS. Also no real side effects to speak of, and absolutely no risk of gyno since these are not hormones that aromatizes into estrogen. Sarms are very safe to use. They don't carry any of the risk that AAS does

Thanks...I am going to start with the sarms...work on my nutrition and then I'll look into a first test cycle. I appreciate the info. I'll keep everyone updated once I get started.

One of my biggest motivations for joining this forum is transitioning from losing body fat to building a body correctly. I have read many posts from you guys and I know you know what your talking about. I'm patient and willing to learn. I appreciate your help Dylan, RIck and everyone else.

Appreciate it...it's so nice to start seeing my body take shape...I'm getting a little bit of a v cut...I love it. I'm far from done.....I am determined!

Very nice progress and transformation so far brother! Keep at it,many I'm sure you will continue to reach your goals, and that sarms stack will certainly help you get there. Just work on getting that diet dialed in :)

im really proud of what you have accommplished as well as your hunger for more... i love the motivation and that shows that nothing will stop you... you have made some commendable progress and that should only make you hungrier for more results!
