1) What is the minimum recommended fat intake? Does it really matter? I've heard 0.3 per lb minimum.
2) When raising the dose with s4 do you experience greater vascularity/hardening/fat loss? Or is it only a small difference?
3) Is LGD more suppressive than some of the other sarms?
4) I'm going to run MK-677 through pct to maintain gains. My question is, would it be better to start MK-677 like 1 month before pct so it's saturated in my system and already in full action through pct. Or would it be better to just start MK-677 when my cycle finishes?
