1) What is the minimum recommended fat intake? Does it really matter? I've heard 0.3 per lb minimum.

2) When raising the dose with s4 do you experience greater vascularity/hardening/fat loss? Or is it only a small difference?

3) Is LGD more suppressive than some of the other sarms?

4) I'm going to run MK-677 through pct to maintain gains. My question is, would it be better to start MK-677 like 1 month before pct so it's saturated in my system and already in full action through pct. Or would it be better to just start MK-677 when my cycle finishes?

1) fat intake is going to be different depending on who you talk to. I prefer about 0.3-0.5g per pound myself. Some prefer high fat low carb, etc

2) as S4 dose increases, yes there is more benefit, but it's extremely important to follow the correc dosing protocol. 50mg per day is still very effective, and as you increase there are diminished returns as the dose gets higher.

3) LGD is one of the most suppressive sarms yes, but still very minor suppression compared to steroids

4) it's best to start MK-677 as soon as you can, and in it as long as you can

Thanks for that Rick. For me personally very high carb intake works best. I've been sticking with 0.3 per lb of fat and it's been working wonders.

RR is spot on. As with anything regardless of how great a product/catalyst it is everything has a maximum limit simply because our bodies can only allow so much to occur. We're usually the limiting factor, not the chemical.

hey brother... here's the answers to your questions...

1. this is going to be different for everyone bro... for instance, i guarantee my fat intake is going to be far different than many... someone bulking will be far different etc... if your just looking for a good, basic standard, then .3 per pound would be a good point to start at... you can assess from there but as you said, its working great for you so you don't fix what's not broke...

2. with s4, 50 mg is a standard simply because of the vision sides but the benefits absolutely increase as you get the dose higher, at least to a certain point... 100 mg would be the max dose but the best dose as well... you dont HAVE to increase the dose though either... that protocol is simply there for those that do want to so they know how to do it the right way... its just like anything else... you never go too high... more is not always better.. in some cases, more may be needed, but they all have a point where you do not exceed... its just like anything else... vitamins can be toxic if you exceed certain amounts, etc... there's a scenario for everything where too much will hurt you... there are a lot of benefits with s4 up to 100 mg...

3. lgd is one of the strongest sarms but its not as though it is so much more suppressive whatsoever... they are basically grouped together as those that can cause some and those that cause none... there is no significant difference in the suppressive sarms... lgd being a bit stronger may be slightly more suppressive but nothing of any significance to bring convern

4. you can start 677 anytime and it would be equally beneficial... now is as good as any time to start it...

I'm basically the same way brother. I respond well to higher intake of carbs, and my body metabolizes carbs well. I don't do so well with higher fats. About 0.5g per pound is my limit for the most part even when bulking up, or I put fat on in a hurry. During cutting phases I'm more around 0.3g per pound, however carbs even when cutting I don't go too low on them. The lowest I go with carbs is about 1g per pound, and up to 2g per pound or more when in a building phase

Some people do really well with high fats and low carbs like keto dieting. It just doesn't work well for me at all
 
1. IMO 45g is the absolute minimum for a man. I guess if you are a dwarf or something that could be lower.
I have experimented with lower around 30g, but I'm just starving all the time and I feel like shit. 0.3 is perfect imo. Although I can get away with slightly higher fats while cutting, if I bulk and have higher fats I gain fat way too fast. This Is just some broscience on my part, but I believe when bulking you have to have either high carb or fat, a mix of both imo leads to too much fat gain.
