It just depends person to person. Some need an AI with TRT doses and some don't. It depends on your estrogen sensitivity

Can't wait to see the bloodwork after aromasin. Probably the reason why total was not as high but still good. I recently went on trt about two months ago.

Total was 250ish and started at 70mg a week. My numbers jumped to 840ish. Now I'm on 100mg ew. Doing bloods soon. My E2 hardly went up on 70mg, so I'm waiting to see how 100mg treats me. I learned less goes a long way
