Complying with the rules:
Age: 50
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 185
Body fat %: 10-12%
Years of training: 33
Complete cycle history: once ran a D-bol 12 week cycle in my early 20s
PCT for each cycle: young and dumb, none
Goals: Adding up to 10lbs of hard mass
Supplements: creatine and quality protein only
General idea of nutrition: no allergies, have been eating clean for over a year
Any other relevant info: major pec tear 5 years ago, non-reparable, but back to lifting the same weight
I have been carrying 205 solid for the last several years. Since I started the clean eating, i have dumped 20lbs and am shredded at 185. I would like to put on 7-10 or maybe more of solid hard muscle again.
Other than the young and dumb d-bol cycle i ran about 25 years ago, i have steered clear of AAS, but have always pushed the envelope of legal / non-legal supplements.
Doing some research I ran across SARMs and was very interested. I have equipped myself with a solid cache of LDG-4033 and wanting to make sure i have all of my ducks in a row, need to understand specifically what i need outside of the LDG. I have heard, full suppression, lite supression, full PCT, mini-pct, ai etc. I am an engineer by trade so before i start anything I want to make sure I have all of the right valiables covered.
Additionally, at age 50 I am looking to keep my test at top level, screw this aging thing.
I have seen the input from this forum and have watched many of the videos, Dillan. But I am an unusual case given my age so I want to make sure I am going to do the product justice as well. My purchase of LDG was from SarmsX I completely get the quality product pitch.
