So I Recently got some bloodwork done and my Test level was very low I got 247.
I'm 225lbs, 5'10", 33 years of age, around 27-30% BF, Ive been working out 5-6 times a week and cardio about the same amount been working out with Low T for about 1 1/2yrs... what is recommended to do to get my Test up? I want to feel better and have more energy for my workouts everyday. I'm obviously trying to build muscle and lose weight/burn fat off.
