I am here to request a little bit of guidance. I had always read that for an EQ cycle, it needs to be ran along the side of other test. However, I have ran into few videos and articles that state that EQ can be ran as an only cycle.
I am now a bit confused. I am at the very beginning stages of planning out my next cycle. I ran a Test E cycle only over the summer. I got great results. My strength and weight increased! However, it came with some water retention. Therefore, I was heavy when running, and endurance was not very good. I ran an AI along my cycle to try to control some of the estro.
I liked the results of Test E. However, I am searching to do a recomposition cycle. I am a little skeptical of doing an eq only cycle. I hear that one of the sides is complete shutdown. But I don't want to add additional weight or water. I would like it to look like a dry clean cycle. I have played with the idea of adding Test E at a smaller amount per week (test e 350mg or 250mg/week).
I am 35 years old. 5'8" 10%bf, training over 12 years . I am looking to add dry lean muscle without the addition of water. I am shooting to do a 16 to 18 week cycle at 600mg of EQ to help my endurance.
In your opinion what would be an ideal cycle including EQ?
